JICHUAN ROCK DRILL OIL
PNEUMATIC/AIR TOOL LUBRICANT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN ROCK TOOL OlL is manufactured from solvent relined paraffinic base stocks that have low pour points and are fortified with anti-rust, extreme pressure, and tackiness additive that give the lubricant adhesive characteristics. In addition, it contalns an emulsifying agent that causes it to combine with wafer to prevent water from wetting metal surfaces and displacing lubricant.-
TYPICAL USES:
Meets specifications of Gardner Denver, Chicago Pneumatic, Joy Manufactruing and Ingersoll-Rand when appropriate viscosity grade is used.
ISO VG 32 and 46 is recommended for small high speed air operated drills at low atmospheric temperatures.
ISO VG 100 is for jack hammers, pavement breakers, drifters and wagon drills operating underaverage conditions.
Also suitable as lubricant for cylinders of vacuum pumps that are operating under moist or wet air conditions.
ISO VG 150 is designated for larger slow-speed drills operating under high temperature conditions.
FEATURES:

Provides proper atomization into airlines ahead of tool.
